The lodge is 215 km from Coyhaique and Chaitén towns. Balmaceda airport is a 4-hour drive away and Queulat Park is a 10-minute drive from the property. Free private parking is possible on site.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 12:00.

Access to the spa is not included in the breakfast-only room rate. Please note that the indoor swimming pool is closed during Tuesdays for maintenance. During those days, only massage treatments are available at the spa along with outdoor pools. Please note that in order to reach Puyuhuapi Lodge, it is necessary to cross the water fjord.
The property provides passengers transportation by boat, during the following hours:
Access to the Lodge from the Austral Pier is available at 1:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Return to the Austral Pier: Available at 09:30 & 12:30.
Crossing at other times can be arranged with an additional charge.
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19%, regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
